You're Forgiven, Not Forgotten

FINALLY, after weeks (if not months) of inner self-struggling, whether or not to start a whole new blog.. And now, here I am!! Starting to talk craps all over again.. haha

The "key-touch" that makes me decide on blogging again is the shocking news i've read this morning.. The possibility of publishing pictures of sex offenders in the newspapers!! The title itself is already shocking enough. I know Australia and UK have this kinda thing over there, but they can manage this thing effectively, can U??

First thing first, why punish them again? If they have completed their legal punishment, they should be given a new life! At least for the first timers, or those who are too young an age. It's OK for those series rapist, though it's still arguable, but, definitely, IF U trust the judiciary part to play their role in punishing crime and restoring justice, then why do the double work?

We all study science, in some part of our lives, rite?? We all know Newton and his law. EVERYTHING exists for a reason. EVERY actions has its effect, be it positive or negative.

Look at the bus accident case in Taiping, where 20 or so had died, because of an idiotic, irresponsible junk of the country.. Again, we can see the weakness in Malaysia's management. It always got to do with management!! We may have the best planning, best infrastructure, best resources, etc BUT, eventually, it was the obsolete in management that failed us.. CAN u imagine the driver, with dozens of traffic summonses in his bill, still can drive like nobody's business on the road!? Also, he had a very bad driving records in his book of "memory". Not long after this, another case at Bukit Gantang, near Taiping (literally means safe and secure in Mandarin). My point is, WHAT is the police doing? can u do your part before intervening other people's role?

Remember u heard people say JPJ (Road Transport Department) requires drivers of all sort to go for refresher courses? health check-up and so? wow!! sounds so effective to curb reckless drivers. then, what happens? shortage of drivers for Raya holiday.. ha ha ha .. then no more news after that..

Malaysia really have to learn from past mistakes man.. Since when only U will understand the effect of taking drastic measures and face the shame of not able to implement it effectively.. Ok, I wont think of raping or committing any crime, since I know the punishment is so heavy.. Rational thinking.. Possessing drugs is deadly rite? Do people still bringing drugs?

You might argue that drugs bring money, people don't care so much in desperation.. But same goes to potential and/or existing rapist.. They got satisfaction from doing it.. Both cases are motivated by fulfilling satisfaction.. Since I will be punished and punished and will never be normal again, will I surrender myself? or kill the victim and play hide-and-seek? I don't care if the rapist is caught eventually or not. But, the victim is surely not able to tell who is who, only dead people wont speak.. besides, U sure u can catch all the rapist? Look at your records man!

Normally in countries where they implement this thing, they have co-operation from society. People make 999 calls and are watchful for each other.. In Malaysia, do you really care? or do you dare to care? No one is brave or stupid enough to go against this decision now.. It means voting for rapist as wrongly perceived by those gullible public.. Take a time or two to think about this issue, is there any way for more effective control in the future? Besides obituary, rapist today! murderer tomorrow! pyramid scheme next week! corruption???
